Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Ecom Superintelligence, run by its founder in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By using ecomsuperintelligence.com and Seller Scout you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we sell

Seller Scout is software that scores Amazon.com products and categories from public data. It gives estimates to help you decide. It is not legal, tax, compliance or financial advice, and a “Go” verdict is not a promise that a product will sell or make a profit. Check Amazon Seller Central, the FDA and the CPSC before you buy stock.

Your account and plans

Paid plans are Starter ($39 per month or $279 per year) and Pro ($62 per month or $459 per year). Plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices can change for future periods. We will tell you first.

Payments: Paddle is the seller of record

Our order process is run by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle takes your payment, charges sales tax or VAT where needed and sends your receipt. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Fair use

• One person per account. Do not share logins.
• Do not scrape, resell or copy our scores or data in bulk.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Our data and Amazon

We use public Amazon.com and supplier information. It can be late, incomplete or wrong. Amazon and Alibaba are not connected to us. Their names belong to them.

Our liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the most the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost stock money or other indirect loss from using it. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. We may change or stop features and will give notice for big changes.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, except where your local consumer law says otherwise. Please email us first so we can fix it: [email protected].
